How can I fund an impact?
You can fund an impact by selecting how many units you want to buy and then paying with your credit card or PayPal account.

Is my money a donation and eligible for a tax break?
No, you are sponsoring a story and so this is counted as ad income.

Who gets to keep my contributions?
85% of your contributions go to the newsrooms that create impact and 15% to VoiceDeck for impact verification & platform growth.

Why shouldn’t I contribute directly to newsrooms?
When you contribute through VoiceDeck, you support a new funding mechanism that only pays for verified impact.

How do I know an impact is not being sold twice?
Every impact is minted on a public blockchain; after purchase, you get a transaction showing its transfer to you.

What can I do with the impact I’ve funded?
If you’re the first one, you get to engrave a message on the impact certificate. Your friends can respond with their own comments!
